Super 8 Jasper Tx

Night attendant was not very welcoming. Very dirty room with stains on sheets. Pool was green and gross. Breakfast had some good options like juice and fresh fruit.

The young lady who checked me in was AMAZING!!! I was having several "special moments" with my reservation(s). It started when I originally selected the wrong date for check-in. She could not find it, and I could not change it, so I started over. On the second attempt, I selected Saturday (05/23) instead of Friday (05/22). This time, we caught it, and I was able to correct it. She was determined to get me taken care of, was very friendly, professional, courteous, and patient. She was graduating from high school in a few hours, and already had plenty to worry about. I worked in retail for 27 years, and this young lady was incredible!!! She was always thinking outside of the box, and was determined to help me!!! The staff at the Jasper property was AWESOME!!! Thank you for taking care of me!!!

Website list coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron . Super 8 in Jasper Tx didn’t have any of those items nor did they have any to loan. Plus no, Kleenx
