Indiana Beach Accommodations

Cabin was not ready at 4 when it should have been and we were told on the phone last week we could have early check in at 2. we were Not told that they moved the office where you check in off site and had to back track and we were there at 130 so they made us wait and at 4 they said that they did the Lakeside Cabins last and were just now starting ours. Since we were there early they should have at least had ours ready at the check in time if 4. They did not give us eye contact and just made excuses. This was our 4th time here and this is the only time we had anything bad to say.

The area wss really cute and wanted to stay in the hotel, but they called and said the computer messed up, so for a discounted charge we can put you in the beach club and she said they were much bigger, so I agreed ( of course) even tho, it was their mistake and said they'd give us 20% off. Anyways, the place was the beach club. Literally 2 minutes to the park. (LSC 3) right when we walked up the stairs, the amount of mosquitoes were wild. My husband had to go get some stuff to spray at Walmart, because they were so bad. They had cobwebs everywhere, stains on the sheets and comforter. I was just so disappointed, because we really love going to hops and coasters. We were also shocked, that they had a whole kitchen, but no silverware or even a papertowel. I think they just needed better employees who need a better maids etc, cuz it was nothing like a hotel. Please please do better! I also, have to email them, because im pretty sure they didnt even give us the discount 🙄

I want to give it a 0, but that's not possible, so I give it a 1. There were ants crawling everywhere. There was hair on the bed. It is obvious they did not clean before our arrival. Not only that but we reserved a cottage with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms however when we arrived they informed us that they were booked and the room we reserved was not available. This is unacceptable considering that we had paid for the larger cottage. We had to leave and reserve a hotel. This service is absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe that this level of respect and service is given to paying customers. I will not be returning.
