We were not allowed to check into our room until after 5PM because it was NOT ready. When we got to our room, the floor was completely wet because it was just mopped. Slippery conditions there and we tracked in the dirt from our shoes, so there were footprints the entire time we were there. In our room, the AC leaked water, a puddle of water and we had to use our very few towels to wipe it up. Housekeeping was notified and did NOTHING to fix the issue!!! Deadbolt did not align up with the notch and so we had no security!! Trickle of water from one bathroom sink, hardly enough water to clean our safety razor. BIG PROBLEM IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, as the room phones DID NOT work. Musty smell in the room. No hair conditioner, only shampoo. Room across the hall had the door open the entire first day and the lock or handle of the door appeared to have been broken into. We were near the end of the hall and the AC there was also leaking and a puddle was there for 2 days. Finally on the third day they put up a caution cone! Stay here at your own risk! We should have checked out and gone elsewhere. This place certainly does NOT meet the standards of a Comfort Inn!!!!

Although the location was nice, and the beds were comfortable, our room was very dirty. There was food on the floor in the bathroom, bedroom mirror was very dirty, and you could feel how dirty the floor was so I needed to walk around on the bath mat. Because we got in very late at night, we did not realize the condition of the room until morning.
The staff at the desk was pleasant, let me know that management will contact me, and I would be refunded after I showed him the pictures of the dirty dirty room.
Management never contacted me, I reached out to corporate in two different emails, and called the hotel desk about five times. The staff was trying to be helpful, however, the manager is NEVER in, and was not responding to the request to review the situation.

I was so hopeful. We are in the area frequently for business and used to stay here a lot. We stopped because they were undergoing renovations and it was a hassle. Well, we decided to try again and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. We arrived at 7:30 pm after a very long drive day. The front desk clerk couldn't be bothered to put down his cigarette and come inside to check me in. Finally he came in, no conversation, no pleasantries, key printed and back out the front door he went. Not pleasant, but whatever.
We took the elevator to our third floor room and noticed bags of trash outside of one of the rooms that wasn't smelling too good. Yuck. Got to our room and it was clean enough although the sheets, towels and comforters are worn out and stained and just gross. The bed was terribly uncomfortable but after the lack of attention from the front desk staff and our exhaustion it wasn't worth trying to move. Oh well I thought, at least this place has a decent breakfast.
Ha! Jokes on me, they USED to have a decent breakfast. It was 6:15 am and mostly what they had were empty bowls. I went to the desk, rang the bell, waited, and after a minute or two a young man came and I asked him for creamer. He disappeared back into the back. Cereal, yogurt and a dirty waffle maker were there. After 5 minutes or so I went to the cabinets look for creamer myself - what an absolute mess they were - things thrown together- filthy! Went back to the front desk, rang the bell again, waited again and when the front desk clerk came I asked again for cream to which he replied "we're out of coffee cream". - ok then.
These things happen but when you wake up to the smell of marijuana in the hall, the same stinking trash from the night before in the hall and staff who still don't care what kind of experience you have, that's when you realize you have given this location enough of your money and it's time to move on. Fortunately there are lots of hotels in the area.
