Baymont Inn & Suites Bellevue

This place absolutely sucks. The club staff told us to check out the water before buying aqua park tickets, but first we needed two extra wrist bands (30ea). The outdoor pool is closed today. Need wristbands non the less. We decided to get aqua passes, then the informed us it didn’t open until 1230. We came back at 1250, paid for aqua park access (1 hour for 12 each). We were the only family in the aqua park and they initially told us our hour was up in 40 minutes. I talked to the front desk, who eventually extended our time after shaming us for not looking at the schedule swim blocks. The whole park there is no running, no flips on the bounce pad, no kids after 10, no showers after 10. This whole place is a money suck red tape worm hole.

Our family held a 90th birthday celebration brunch at the restaurant. With 22 people, Jake, our server, did an amazing job of making sure all our food and drinks were delivered with a welcoming attitude and cheerful disposition. All meals were served within a few minutes and were all delicious. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff for making great meals. Jake showed us what being a great server does, and is a great reflection on what Off Shore delivers. Next time we are in Bellevue, we will definitely enjoy another great meal at the Offshore Restaurant. Hopefully, Jake will do what he does best, make us feel welcomed.

We paid $1,100 for a villa 2 weeks ago the doors would not lock, there was no hot water for the shower, the internet did not work for the laptop computers for my three little grandchildren, and going up and down the spiral staircase to get to the second bedrooms three of us got cut. We are waiting for the owners who we have recently talked to to get back to us for compensation.
