Comfort Inn Clinton

Good, quiet hotel. Friendly reception, large room and bathroom, clean. Laundry service works perfectly. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service at 33 degrees. The breakfast was okay, but fresh fruit was missing.

This was our second visit to this Quality Inn in Clinton, TN. We had a great visit last year, however this year we were disappointed. We were given a second-floor room despite requesting a first-floor room weeks in advance. This would not be an issue if they have elevators, but they do not, and we are 68 and 69-years old. We ended up having to pay $23.43 extra for a first floor room. Not happy at all. Aside from that, the room is nice and clean with a comfortable bed, good shower, good internet, and a great breakfast.

The hotel was not reflected well in the pictures. Had I see on the website what I was actually getting I would have looked elsewhere. This is the first time I've reserved a hotel on hotels.com that the hotel was disappointing. The hotel looks dingy, the check in was good and the desk manager was helpful, but the room was not good. The mattress on one of the beds was broken down and uncomfortable and the linens were on the bed haphazardly. I would not stay here again.
