Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Clinton, TN

This hotel is disgusting. The room smelled like mold and everything was so damp the bathroom floor was slippery.

The Clinton Tennessee Baymont was extremely disappointing. The entrance and front desk area did not prepare us for shock we were about to receive. First, entering the room took brute force just to get the door open as well as closing it tightly. The smell was that of a boys gym locker room. I'd say the carpet was the culprit. There was no phone, alarm clock or blow dryer in the room. The bathroom sink was cracked with a 2" gap that cold break off any moment. There was no drain stopper and the faucet handle was extremely hard to turn on. I went to the front office and was given an almost empty can of fabreeze to spray in the room. Although the clerk was nice, our communication was strained so I went back to my room without resolve. When checking out, I gave him a hand written list of the room issues and highly recommend they put that room out of order

My girlfriend and I frequent the Baymont.Always an awesome experience. Clean and relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and helpful.Dawn specifically is always great!
