Yeah I've seen people complaining about stupid little stuff in this hotel like small towels small shampoo bottles those are the stupid little things that people complain about in this hotel and they addressed all those issues they fixed the Chevy bottles are nice and big and they're dispenser bottles where you get their pump models are attached to the same to the shower and they're huge you have plenty of stuff the towels are nice and fluffy you get two nice fluffy towels to medium towels two small towels two washcloths you're covered with the towels they covered that they were so nice they actually a lady came in behind me and was crying and was like $80 short on a deposit and they worked with her and they helped her and for basically half price with the other hotels on the street cost me I got a nice clean room with a refrigerator or a microwave and really good customer service

I was stranded in Des Moines and needed a place to stay overnight until my travel got sorted out. Right after I checked into the room, I was notified of new travel arrangements and I needed to leave immediately. They refunded my room with no trouble. It helped to make a stressful time a little better

I am handicapped and required a first floor unit. I was told by the front desk that they would not have a first floor unit for 6 months. They would not allow me to cancel the room a month in advance. They would not allow me to move it to a different day. They would not provide a first floor space to accommodate a handicapped person. If I could give negative stars I would.
