For the price, room not worth it. Old and grungy, picture showed a soft chair and there isn't a chair, jut an uncomfortable desk chair. Bathroom is dinky with just a smll tub shower to crawl into. Guess we expected something nicer when paying the river view price.

location is great, right on the water front. We were in town for a wedding so we had 8 rooms. Hotel was packed due to Ragbri 40,000 bikers ending their ride across Iowa. Kids liked the homemade donut holes it was almost like being at the fair. Waterpark is nice older kids may get bored at water park but there is laser tag etc. Waterpark is included with your stay.

We had a great time and truly enjoyed the water park and the arcade. I gave it a 3 because it is all looking shabby. We know it is under new management and will (hopefully) be re-done but right now it looks sad and abused. The water park equipment is rusty looking and needs a good clean up and repaint and should be open more hours. 3pm to 8pm is ridiculous for the $$! The rooms, although comfortable, need paint, some new furniture and the bathroom doors, if left ajar, do not allow you to open the room doors. The reception area could be so much nicer. Also, it would be nice to access the River Walk from the back of the building without being locked out and having to walk all the way to the front unless the restaurant is open.
