Nicole went above and beyond to help a customer that didnt know he lost his wallet.. she went to all ends to find him . Very impressed and she was great at figuring it out and making sure he got it back

We loved our stay at Highlander!! We had a great time in the hotel with the arcade and pool and marker board. Nicole was the nicest!!

Nicole was absolutely the best person to greet us when we checked in, and after the check in. Super friendly, great advice of the area, and just a great member of your staff.
