Ramada City Centre

It was horrible. Cigarette holes and crusty food on sheets. Bag covering sprinkler on wall, phone had no cord on it, mold in bathroom., smell was awful. We were in room for only 5 minutes and went to front desk to say were leaving. The young girl working said she was new, she would make sure a credit was issued. (that did not happen) I made several calls to try & resolve with hotel directly. Had to file a dispute with credit card company & have finally have a credit on my account.

It's a great location but a dirty place. It's run down. Mold on ceiling. Broken walls and chipped paint. Staff is dressed unprofessional and aren't that inviting. It definitely needs cleaned up. Hope it changes.

I checked in around 7:30p and checked out shortly thereafter on the same night. HOWEVER, to the front desk staff's credit after I cancelled my reservation online just a little while after checking in and walking down to the front with my stuff, the person working the front desk assured me it would be a full refund. I understand smoking is allowed at the hotel, but when I walk in to a non-smoking room and it smells like someone just lit and hammered down a cigarette right before I walked in, not the greatest. The bed spread featured several burn holes and a couple of unidentifiable stains. The AC unit looked like someone had tried to get into it. When walking to my room a guest informed me that I should not leave anything in my room if I was going to be leaving for the day, presumably because either a guest or member of the staff would have sticky fingers. Took a flyer on this place even after seeing the reviews because I figured it couldn't be THAT bad, in fact it was .
