Quality Inn & Suites Waterloo

Stayed here for about a week on a work trip. Beds were decent, the windows very thin so you could hear the city noise which really didn’t bother me I just kept the ac or heat blowing all night to drown out the noise. Only complaint I have is my room wasn’t cleaned the whole time I stayed here. I’m not sure about breakfast as I usually just grabbed breakfast at Kwik trip down the road. The parking was small but I always found a spot when I came back to the hotel at night.

Woke up with bites on my arm. Looked behind the mattress & seen dead bed bugs! I asked front staff for and the guy with the long hair told me to leave the property before he trespass me!

Don’t stay here. The sink was rusted out, elevators didn’t work. My room was on the fourth floor. I had a hard time finding the place not very well signed. I had a lamp if I want to use it I have to find an outlet to plug it in holes in the curtain was unable to block the light out of the building. Felt unsafe. Watch the front desk kicking people out that we’re not staying at the hotel. Found trash in the hallway. Vending machines to not have product in them. Bed was not that comfortable. Smelled like pot everywhere. Breakfast was good and Fronter at the front desk was nice.
