Super 8 Hotel - Williamsburg/Amana Areas

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly, and got us checked in quickly. It was clean, and quiet. No breakfast, but the interstate is right there so wasn't a big deal. Truck parking! This is extremely helpful for people like me. Was overall a good stay.

Would give zero stars. Door key wouldn't work! Front desk told me to wait 10 minutes for it to work. Haha Um I'm not going to wait. Brown water from faucets, toilet did not refill after flushing. I asked for a new room and with no problems they gave me a new room. Water was a little lighter brown and toilet worked. Just find a different hotel.

I couldn't even book a room through the owner who picks up when trying to contact the front desk - even though there are multiple available. He couldn't answer any questions about any rooms. He kept telling me he doesn't know anything about the rooms. All he could tell me - his words exactly - are "This is not a family hotel, we don't cater to families" and then hung up on me. AVOID THIS PLACE, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
