SUPER 8 WINTERSET IA

Terrible hotel. The shower didn't have a diverter knob to direct water to the shower. The pillows were the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. Not a well run operation

Floors nice, no carpet; bed ok but could be softer; reclining chair had odor to it so opted not to do l sit in it although it was comfortable. No phone so had to use mine to call for assistance w using tv .. he was very helpful in explaining how the two remotes worked. Bkfast was snack packs of items could buy at convenience store, did have apples and orange, outmeal also available .. didn't eat there as I like a hot bkfast with protein.

I just called to make a reservation and I was treated poorly on the phone. I hung up. I didn't even get to the stay yet because if that's how it is on the phone, I won't do in person. The person that answered the phone was not pleasant nor did he make it easy to reserve almost a week in November. I have never stayed anywhere else in Winterset and now I am looking for a new place to stay.
