Regal Inn Coffeyville

Coming from a hospitality state, Hawaii, and having traveled around the US for work and vacation. This Inn is worth it. The room was clean, as well as the bed, saw the maids remove all bedding to wash after people checked out. Strong Wi-Fi, TV, fridge and microwave and lots of room. The staff and owner was very nice and friendly. You want a fancy hotel you won't find one in this town. Or any town near. You want a nice clean place to lay your head down for a comparable price this is it. Has laundry facilities, and ice machine. Nearby Walmart, and places to eat. Easy access into and out. It's an inn, compaired to other motels and hotels in a small town this is the best and cleanest I've stayed in. You want fancy go to Florida/Hawaii. Traveling through or working within the area, I recommend here, it's not expensive/cheap. But it is worth it for what they have available.

Booked 3 rooms with regal inn. Showed up & found the beds were covered with urine, skin, hair, dirty floors. The rooms beds were only made, not cleaned! Asked for a refund & only got 1 room refunded since our 3rd party hasn’t checked into his room yet. We lost $140 on the day of a family funeral!! Dont do business here, dude is crazy shady and sleezy! He is the owner and refused to help, walked away from me as I was cordially reasoning with him why we didn’t want to stay in a dump. I’m an easy going guy, but his rooms were beyond filth. Scumbag owner 😎

I booked this room while on the road through an app. I asked for 3 bath towels but only got 2. The lady at check in didn't speak much English and had to call someone to help her check new in over the phone. We got to our room and it was freezing cold as no heat was turned on awaiting our arrival. The mini fridge was unplugged so it did no good to our our water and soda in there. The room was quite spacious with 2 desks. The bathroom is quite small but the room was very clean.
