Budget Inn and Suites Colby

Budget Inn & Suites in Colby Kansas, is absolutely the best hotel in the state!!! Clean, comfortable rooms you will find nowhere else at a price under $75.00. The family that owns this place are very, very nice warm and friendly people. I slept through a storm the night I stayed here. THAT'S how comfortable their beds are in the cozy rooms. If you're near Colby, Kansas. And need a place to crash. THIS IS THE PLACE !!!!! Thanks George

Filthy. Not remodeled like the pictures and descriptions elude to. Black dust a smudges all over the walls, holes in the wall. Bathroom doors didn’t shut or latch. Only good thing to

As expected, the owner responded to my review by deflecting and making false claims about a pet fee being the issue. To clarify — I disclosed both my dogs at check-in and paid the required fee per pet. The pet fee was never the problem. The issues were: • A filthy, unsanitary room (photos attached) • Non-working appliances (TV, lamps, microwave) • A clogged sink • No toiletries provided • Breakfast not available during posted hours • Visible lies from staff claiming no available rooms while multiple clean, empty rooms were visibly open When I asked for assistance with a non-working microwave, a staff member attempted to microwave a slice of pizza for three minutes (which still didn’t work) and then disappeared. This is the level of service here. On top of that, the grounds were littered with dog feces and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The owner’s response only confirms the lack of accountability. Avoid this place. I should have trusted the other bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
