This seems to be the only decent, cheap roadside style motel in Concordia, so I gave it a shot and wasn't disappointed. Pros: - Fairly quiet/empty on a weeknight - Good water pressure in the shower - All reasonable amenities present (fridge, microwave, tissues) - Reasonably clean - Parking spot right by room door Cons: - Don't depend on WiFi - could never get a working password, even after calling front desk - Location on the very north edge of town, separated from literally everything else by a bridge, may not be ideal for some

Great little motel at the edge of town. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Owner very accommodating. Good for motorcycles.

Our construction employees have been staying here 3 nights per week for several months as we're working on a project in Concordia. The hotel gave us a fair rate, and the staff has been great to work with making reservations each week and making sure there are enough doubles available for our crew.
