Quality Inn Hays

Room was clean, but areas surrounding hotel not great. Picture on TV not clear but it was next door to Thristys, awesome sports bar with great food! breakfast was not very good

If there were a rating for ZERO , I would give it that. A lady called and asked if we could change the type room we had reserved 3 weeks ago, the day of check in. She said her help, didn't show up and could we change to a queen room. I said okay then thought why are we paying for a King and getting a Queen. I called and she said they wouldn’t lower to the Queen price. Then, she said I”I don’t have time for this”, and I hung up. I called corporate to get room cancelled, and they got it cancelled but after two calls and being a Choice Gold Star member, didn’t get the email showing cancelled and not charged They have my # and pretty sure they could get me the email, I told it to two different folks at corporate.

Filthy. This place is gross. Carpets are disgusting, Don't dare walk barefoot anywhere. Bugs in the hallways. Typical rundown hotel that smells like curry.
