While staying in Berea a few years ago we had some excellent meals here so when we were staying nearby this year we had a day trip to Berea for another meal. We started with the traditional spoon bread, which was delicious, and then had a mushroom omelette and a Caesar salad with salmon. The omelette was fine and the salmon was cooked to perfection, lightly seared on the outside and almost raw in the centre. We both enjoyed our meals and the general ambience of the hotel. Recommended.

Our stays at Boone Tavern have always been great but this time was the best. Shae was our hostess at check-in on Thursday afternoon and then again at checkout on Saturday morning. She just seemed to make our stay seem special with her pleasant personality, professionalism and upbeat attitude. We had breakfast before we left and were so pleased with our server Rebecca providing excellent service and wonderful personality.

Amazing atmosphere! Food is very tasty and drinks are too. Drew the bartender is great and will make you a great drink! Servers and the front desk attendants are helpful. The housekeepers do their jobs very well.
