Comfort Suites

Upon arrival there were no clean towels in the bathroom. There was mold in the tub area and no hot water for the second shower. Hair dryer in room didn’t work. Only toiletries supplied were shampoo and soap. No conditioner or body lotion. Each time I went to the front desk I found it non staffed. The last time I attended the front desk I found the employee smoking outside. Not a great breakfast either. I definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel SHOULD NOT be offered via Quality/Choice Hotels. It is a DUMP, from room quality, bathroom disgusting - not properly cleaned, to wall paper pealing off the walls, the hallways in disrepair everywhere, floors not vacuumed. Shower was disgusting, one bed sheet had some stains on it, we picked the one with out one. The room was assigned to us, but hotel room number was not even on the wall - we had to guess which one. Breakfast area was also a HUGE JOKE! The coffee spills were all over, cold drink fountain NOT EVEN working. Selection of breakfast was limited to bagels, toast and cereal - no milk provided. Waffle machine not working and filthy. THERE IS NO HOT BREAKFAST THERE. We went next door to Cracker Barrel instead. We booked it because we had great experience with Quality Hotels before, but this hotel changed us forever. We failed to test the room before booking, our fault for what we got. I requested refund or discount towards our bill, the guy spoke something in Hindu language and sarcastically refused. Somebody from Choice Hotels company should review this place and take action!!!!!

The positive reviews on here have got to be FAKE! We arrived there and they told us it would cost $100 for a security deposit on a $88 dollar room, and they would hold the deposit for 5-10 business days (RED FLAG # 1) So then the manager said if we pay the $100 in cash for the security deposit then we would get it back when we checked out (Red flag #2) I knew that they would put us in a room that had things wrong with it so that they could keep our security deposit, so we took pictures of everything as soon as we walked in and called them out on all the issues with the room. Here is a list of everything we found wrong and documented it all: 1) Horrible musty smell as soon as we opened the door 2) TV remote did not work 3) Refrigerator did not work 4) Bathroom door off track and did not close 5) air conditioner leaked and floor was soaked with water 6) no metal hangers in closet 7) the pillows smelled horribly We made sure we pointed all this out when we entered the room and then at checkout. So their little scam of keeping our security deposit by placing us in a bad room did not work! Avoid at all costs!
