Dirty floors. Outdated rooms don't match pictures. Serious safety issues. ceiling flaking. Air conditioner tried to work. Did I mention the floors were dirty, dirty, dirty No Balusters on edge of walls. Rusted staircases I can say one good thing about this establishment. The lady at the desk did everything she could do to make us happy. She was very kind and if we needed something she was right there as best she could

The Red Roof hotel was one of the worst experiences of my life!! Outside and inside conditions were unclean and extremely dated. There was a huge whole on the bathroom door, stained walls, carpet, gritty sheets, dirty floor, gritty towels, and horrible smell of cigarettes odor. When I complained to onsite manager he became argumentative and rude. No housekeeping services. I asked for air freshener and staff personnel brought me a cheap perfume to spray. Horrible experience. I regret booking the Red Roof. I would have been better off sleeping at the CVG airport for the few hours I was in town for. Never again in life would I ever go back.

This hotel is absolute trash not even the same hotel as the pictures. I don’t know how they get away with doing s**t like that black mold all in the air conditioner no pool like advertise no breakfast like advertised do not come here if I could figure out how to do it I would report them.
