Florence, OR, hotel was a great place to watch the waves and sunsets! Loved being steps away from the sand /beach and watching the clouds!!! The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and was very quiet. EXCEPT when late our last night, our adjourning room door opened into our room! We were asleep, and suddenly a door into our room was opened and then shut again. My husband got up, locked our side. Unnerving and tough to fall back to sleep, especially having no idea who our neighbors were or why they did it. We learned a huge lesson, check your adjoining door locks when you first enter into your room. It still gives us a very uncomfortable feeling. We told them at the desk and they apologized. Advice: Check your door locks.
