Travelodge-Florence/Cincinnati South

I needed a hotel close to the airport for 1 night. This place is terrible. Drug addicts in the parking lot, day and night. The flooring is coming up and a hazard. The night stand is falling off the wall. The bathroom has bugs. The shower head was broken and just hanging inside the broken drywall. The room smelled like smokers used it. The door has a huge gap at the bottom and you hear all the drug users yelling in the hallway all day and night. This is a ZERO star hotel.

We checked in. Hallway to room smelled horrible. Went into our room. Disgusting. Room smell. Baseboard falling off the walls. Sheets old, dingy snd had tears. A/C did not work correctly. Went to office for a refund. They did not hesitate to refund our money.

Creeps in parking lot, loud music, roaches in room, nasty beds, liquor bottles under bed, no one at front desk, AWFUL! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Best Western needs to either fix this or remove their name. Do not go here!
