Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Franklin

The hotel is up-to-date. The dining area is really nice. They have a business station that’s beautiful. Our room was up-to-date and very clean. The pool is a bit bigger than most. Holiday Inn expresses very nice. When you get off the expressway and you turn in, you may think oh my gosh. Keep driving check-in you’ll enjoy it.

This hotel is very clean, has nice rooms, and a very good free breakfast. Reasonable costing too.

The room AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. But the toilet needed service and ran several times during the night. Each time it woke me up. The staff was nice and they assured me it would be fixed. However i stayed just the one night. My guess is there could be other maintenance issues. It got 3 stars instead of 2 because the staff was very nice and kind. To me that makes a difference!
