Convenient location, great amenities, family-friendly atmosphere. The price was affordable, we love coming to the Lexicon gaming convention here. Although the building is showing its age a bit, the staff make it feel homy and the experience is welcoming. We hope the pool stays in service, as it’s our favorite thing to do when taking a break. Alma’s housekeeping team is wonderful, super helpful, prompt and courteous. Luna, Bre and Kennedy up at the front desk were all very organized, kind, and efficient. Thank you!

Everything about this place reeks of cigarettes, and cigarette air comes from the wall unit. For being a NON-SMOKING hotel, every room in this place reeks of, and the wall units of multiple rooms smell like they are either internally on fire or have lit cigarettes inside them. AC didn't work, would only blow room temperature air, and room was uncomfortably hot!!! Electrical outlets have to be a fire hazard, given the condition they are in and the quality of the plug extensions and cords being used on them. This place keeps saying they are or have remodeled, but no amount of remodel or spray can save this place, it's needs to be fully demolished and start over from scratch. Will not stay here again, despite the convention we attend at it.
