Best Western Plus Airport East/Expo Center

I LOVE Holiday Inn!!! This one however did have an issue with the bathroom faucet. No one at front desk for me to tell on our way out. Breakfast was AMAZING as always, and check-in was excellent!

There was a water main break the morning we were at the property, and the staff and management went well above and beyond to make sure our stay was still pleasant, safe, and sanitary. From bringing complimentary bottled water and to-go coffee from another location to making sure everyone’s shower and laundry needs were met, they turned what could have been a disaster into an example of sterling customer service. We’ll book this specific hotel next time through because we were impressed and grateful for their care and professionalism.

Car got broke into along with 9 others. Front desk did not seem to care and told me I’m surprised it happened last night because it usually happens when we are full. Said they tell people when they check in to park at own risk and don’t park on that side of lot…nothing was said when we check in because I would have cancelled reservation right then. No cameras and won’t pay for the broken window.
