For the price and convenience, it was a perfect place to stay for a weekend swim meet at the Mary T Meagher Aquatic Center, less than 3 miles away. If you like to walk, the Water Tower Park is about 1/2 mile north and on the Ohio River. There is also a walking lap about 8/10’s of a mile at the Crescent Hill Water Plant, which is a beautiful place to walk.

This hotel is a mess. The property is totally rundown and the rooms are awful. My room was dark, smelly and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the small TV had about two non-music channels. I originally asked for an early check in because I was going to a wedding. I was told it would be an extra $30. The hotel then made an accounting error on my charge card and reduced the price of the room and allowed an early check in. This room was not worth it at ANY price. My wife and I had concerns about sleeping on the bed. The website is deceiving. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative place to stay.

Carpet was filthy - my bottoms of my feet were disgustingly dirty for the short amount of time that I walked in the room in my bare feet. The toilet and sink were not cleaned, the place had not been vaccuumed, and there was so much dust and dirt on both sides where the refrigerator was shelved. The room was not properly cleaned. Never again!
