We checked in and found that the room smelled like mold. Ultimately discovered mold spores on the glass of the pictures on the wall and embedded in the picture itself, mold on ice dispenser, and cockroaches. Needless to say, we left and found another hotel. While the rooms look clean on the surface, it’s definitely not. In the end, the managers were very kind and handled the situation well.

Everyone was so nice and helpful!! The room was neat, beds slept good. We stayed 5 nights and the staff were very impressive! My aunt and I are both handicapped, but all our needs were met and I stayvwent smooth. Jay was great, so was Chad.

This was just a one night stop and we didn't want to spend a lot on the stay. The bed was on the firmer side but they did have several pillows. The room was average and clean enough for the one night. We did have a problem with the noise from the room above us. It sounded like they were pacing the floor and the entire time the floor squeeked. It was so load you could still hear it over the TV. This went on until midnight. The front desk staff did attempt to assist. The morning manager did comp part of the price of our stay and said he would look into the problem. I would suggest you ask for a top floor room if you do decide to stay here.
