Comfort Inn & Suites

First room turned down sheet and visible bedbugs, got new room, visible bedbug on bedspread. Third room no visible bugs, woke up with bites on legs, triple garbage bagged all our stuff and got out. Truly a rundown hotel. First room the bathroom ceiling was fulling in. The strong smell of a mixture of industrial cleaners and industrial bug spray will burn your nose hairs. No way would I even think about eating breakfast with those fumes. Will not recommend staying here.

Nice stay - quick & easy check in & the staff was helpful and acknowledged us as reward members. The lobby was quiet and made for a inviting first impression. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was spacious compared to most hotels. The breakfast room was comfortable but the quantity of food was disappointing there were no biscuits for the gravy, the juice tasted more like orange flavored water. The biggest disappointment was there is no elevator for 2nd floor guests who might have disabilities or multiple bags. That might be something that the website should advertise in advance of bookings The location was easy to find just off the highway plus several options for food & supplies for travelers

The hotel was in the right location for a wedding we were attending and inexpensive. The room was smelly. The hallways and stairwells also had their own distinct smell. The bed was good. The hotel is dated, but was recently painted inside. The breakfast is limited. The hot water was not hot enough to make tea. The coffee was not good.
