I am deeply concerned about the conditions at this motel and the complete lack of regard management shows for the health and well-being of its residents. On August 13, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, hot water service went out for a large portion of the property. As of this writing, no adequate accommodations or timely repairs have been provided, despite hot water being an essential service required under Kentucky health and safety regulations. Management has been fully aware that this outage affects a significant number of tenants, yet they have failed to act with urgency or transparency. Residents have been left without the ability to bathe, sanitize, or maintain basic hygiene — conditions that are both unacceptable and unsafe. What is most troubling is the dismissive attitude from those in charge. The lack of communication, failure to provide alternative arrangements, and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns make it clear that the well-being of tenants is not a priority here. No one should have to live under these conditions, especially when management has a legal and ethical duty to maintain safe, habitable living spaces. I strongly urge potential guests and residents to seek accommodations elsewhere and avoid this property until management demonstrates responsibility, accountability, and compliance with basic health standards.

Web site advertised $67.00 nightly rate with continental breakfast. Nothing mentioned a 3 night minimal stay for that rate. When we got there she charged $424 for a two bed room. No breakfast offered. Handicap access. Hmmm - no elevator and one accessable flight of stairs. Bathroom needed updated and not the cleanest. No coffee pot etc. They closed at 11:00 pm and opened up at 7:00 am next day. I have never heard of this practice at any motel We've stayed at. There were some suspicious characters hanging around close to where they put us. We didn't feel safe there and left. They would not refund our money. We got into a much nicer motel and felt safer there. I don't recommend this motel! Stay at your own risk!

We had made a reservation for 2 nights and then when we arrived were told it was a 3 night minium and were charged for 3 nights, no notice of this pryor to checkin. Upon going to the room the door was in disrepair, the AC didn't work, it was filthy dirty and the bed looked like it had been slept in by someone else before! We decided not to stay as a safety issue and went back to the front desk and were told it was over 15 mins. and there was no refund. Needless to say we found other accomodations. Horrible experience!
