Holiday Inn Express Radcliff Fort Knox

The staff are nice, but this was probably one of the worst experiences I have had. DONT get any room down stairs especially near an exit door. From about 5/6 am onward people slam the exit doors over and over and the staff absolutely don’t care what’s so ever when you “make a complaint” so if you have Kids especially DONT stay by any exit doors or you will Get woken up every minutes !!!!

Very nice front desk staff, service, super clean room and bath, and the room had great bedding. Breakfast was well appointed and the food was very substantial -again service was nice and the dining room was very clean.

I slept so good every nite the pillows were so soft and the linen was clean. This is the best nites rest I’ve ever in a hotel. The staff made this trip so memorable the best customer service EVER!!!!!!
