Cigarette butts in garbage can cost me $199. Didn't smoke in room and didn't litter the property.

Rough around the edges. Pool was not available. A cough drop I left on the bedside table was completely covered in tiny ants when I woke up. We left ASAP, without having breakfast. Not up to usual Comfort Inn standards.

I hated being lied to. We booked this place specifically for the indoor pool. I called the day before to make sure it was open. When we arrived it was closed for repairs. The evening staff seemed very indifferent as a whole. I do want to praise the gentleman on the morning staff. He ran around fixing every problem from people checking out, to the breakfast not having anywhere near enough food, to coffee being out. He handled everything. The downside is....he had to handle everything because the rest of the staff did not do their jobs.
