Fairfield Inn Lafayette

Nice place to stay very clean. The thing that impressed me the most was making my reservation with a young man named Sam, who was so kind and patient. These are the kind of people that should be training others so when your initial call comes in, this is the experience you have.! way to go, Sam! Thank you

I really wanted to have a good stay here, but unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. I had to change rooms three different times because each room had visible insect activity on the tables and nightstands, along with a strong musty, moldy, almost burning smell that made the spaces uncomfortable to stay in—this is caused from dust and mildew on the HVAC coils. The night manager was genuinely apologetic and did what he could in the moment, and I appreciated his professionalism. However, the overall condition of the rooms and the lack of a meaningful resolution from the hotel left me disappointed. I was offered 17,000 points for the inconvenience, which didn’t come close to addressing the extent of the problems.

Friendly and efficient check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. I did not use the pool, but several other guests were enjoying it. This is in Lafayette, not West Lafayette, so if your travels take you to Purdue, there are many places that are closer.
