Ramada Metairie/New Orleans Area

Had an unexpected extended stay, and as a local, I was extremely impressed! Besides the rates, and the hotel being unbelievably clean, the staff was AMAZING! From the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast staff, and even the gentlemen doing the renovation work at the time, everyone was so kind and accommodating. My favorite part of the hotel is the pool area! My children were able to swim multiple days, and each day the pool was cleaned perfectly. The pool and seating lights at night adds a beautiful addition to the area. The cookies at the front desk were DELICIOUS and the breakfast was great! I honestly felt like I was at home, and very sad to leave I must say. As a local and frequent traveler, I am very familiar with hotels of all star ratings and I was beyond satisfied. I will absolutely book this hotel whenever I'm planning a staycation.

For what it is, it was solid. My wife and I stayed here for two nights on vacation. It is close to the Jewish community and about 15 minutes from downtown, so the location was right. The staff was universally friendly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was solid. The place has a motel feel - the rooms open to the outside (not to the parking lot though - they are arranged around a big courtyard that includes seating areas and a pool) and the bathroom in the room is in the back, meaning that you sleep close to the door. All in all, we had a good stay.

I have stayed at this here a few times and we love it. The rooms are great and the location is perfect for us.
