This hotel is absolutely nasty! From the moment you walk into the lobby it smells very musty. We were placed on the third floor and our room is absolutely horrible smell like mold/ mildew. We left the door open to try to air it out. The towels have long black hair on them. Baseboards aren’t clean and corners of room is nasty and not cleaned at all. The back of the toilet had so much dust on it you can tell it wasn’t cleaned as it also had long black hair up the front of it. The air conditioner in the room sounded like someone constantly banging on it once it was ran for a couple hours. I booked this hotel thinking I’d get a nice hotel due to the reviews. This hotel is so run down that I would’ve rather sleep in my car but I booked a non refundable rate. The door to outside also had a huge gap under it that bugs could just crawl right in. The elevator sounded like it was gonna break. I would NOT stay here!

We loved everything about this hotel.The rooms have a kurig, refrigerator, microwave and a large TV with what seems like endless channels. The breakfast is great with a waffle and pancake machine fresh yogurt machine and a complimentary mocha latte and coffee machine.They have a variety of fresh baked cookies in the evening .The woman who was in the breakfast room has worked in this hotel for 32 years!

The ventilation is Terrible!! The ventilation in the hotel room is terrible, it felt stale and humid after shower, damp environment that practically breeds mold. The air feels heavy and musty, with no proper circulation to clear out moisture or odors. Instead of fresh airflow, the room traps humidity, allowing condensation to linger. There’s white mold at the bottom of the trash , mold on the pillows, also the lamp cover! Bro like wtf. This is room 120 I believe at the bottom floor. Me and my family was disgusted and should’ve told staff or someone before we left. If I could get a refund I would!!! I should’ve Taken photos of the mold before I left but the my women Tyrrian Booked us this hotel.
