Poor planning on parking arrangements for overnight guests. The valet representative on Saturday, August 8, 2026, offered no insight into options etc, other than moving the orange cones for select guests to park etc.

Great location, close to many resturants and Bourbon Street. But still quiet. Although not huge, the pool was nice to hang out at when we didn't want to go out and spend a bunch of money on drinks. Would stay here again.

I was told I'd be charged a $55/day incidental charge for potential parking that would be refunded. It totaled $110 on my card. However, they have not refunded my incidental charge. I didn't drive. I didn't park a car in the garage. I arrived to NOLA by Greyhound bus and used Lyft services to get from destination to destination. I was promised a call hours ago from management to discuss this charge and still no answer... Their answering service can't connect you with someone at the property.
