Harrah's New Orleans Casino & Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Caesars New Orleans. Check-in was a bit rough but handled. The room was nice and clean. Food & service was outstanding. Greeted everywhere with smiles and treated very nice. Our casino host Tia Mason was oustanding. Hope to be back soon

We were trying to gamble for free parking so we knew our car would be safe for our day in New Orleans. We gambled for over an hour and spent a good bit of money. We then asked how to get our parking validated and they said in the garage just bring your ticket. So long story short after trying to insert our players card to verify how long we played it would not accept it and so on top of losing money which it’s a casino it’s gonna happen, but we also paid 40 dollars for parking, personally I hate writing bad reviews, but I don’t think we will be back unless someone would be willing to refund us for this mishap. Please feel free to reach out so we can get this taken care of!

I love the room, it's very spacious and accommodating. We're on a staycation for a couple of days and loving it. Laurel my concierge has been checking on us since we arrived. That really makes us feel special, especially since my experience was complimentary. Thanks Harrah's!
