We were trying to gamble for free parking so we knew our car would be safe for our day in New Orleans. We gambled for over an hour and spent a good bit of money. We then asked how to get our parking validated and they said in the garage just bring your ticket. So long story short after trying to insert our players card to verify how long we played it would not accept it and so on top of losing money which it’s a casino it’s gonna happen, but we also paid 40 dollars for parking, personally I hate writing bad reviews, but I don’t think we will be back unless someone would be willing to refund us for this mishap.
