HILTON GARDEN INN NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER HOTEL

I LOVED THE HOTEL !!! Great staff all away around . Ms. DOMINIQUE is amazing! Definitely my permanent hotel when I come to New Orleans.

While the location and price worked for us, I would not stay here again. Although the staff was very friendly (except for the breakfast people), the hotel is old and run down. Stained carpets, damage in bathroom, super loud A/C and just plain ugly - we did not hang out in our 1 bedroom suite at all. As a Forever Diamond HHonors members, we did receive coupons for breakfast, but only tried it once during our 4 night stay. The staff at the restaurant were not friendly and the food was terrible….and you can forget trying to get a glass of water. Front desk staff was quite nice.

Stay here if you want an outstanding French Quarter experience: Safe and secure, immaculately clean, professional happy staff, walking distance to the action (Bourbon Street, Cafe Du Monde, the Natchez, Conference Center, Riverwalk, Canal Street, restaurants of all kinds, a CVS around the corner that sells everything from souvenirs to Wine+, etc.), great room price value, an awesome roof top pool, an attached parking garage if needed, 20-minutes from the airport, and a true Hilton Brand experience! From check-in to check-out, this Garden Inn rises to exceed expectations. Such a fun place - made our long weekend amazingly memorable. We'll only stay here if we return.
