Quality Inn & Suites

HORRIBLE!!! One room wasn’t even cleaned, no a/c in other

I am currently sitting in the lobby at check in time and being told that my room is not ready and they don’t have any idea when it will be. This is highly unacceptable!

Arrived after a 10 hour Amtrak journey to be told they had given our room away, leaving travellers in the lurch like that is not okay. 19.30 pm and we were sat in the lobby in the middle of Mardi Gras trying to find alternative accommodation
