W Hotel New Orleans

I was in town for a conference and because the air conditioning was broken at my originally booked hotel I transferred to this hotel for the remainder of my stay. The hotel was decent, but not anything spectacular. It seemed to be a bit work and it could use a freshening up (seems to be a theme for most hotels in this area). Note that there isn't much of a breakfast area (you are served at the bar) and the breakfast menu is relatively limited. I would consider staying here again, but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to book it.

Le Meridian- New Orleans . The staff were friendly , polite and accommodating. However, one person stood out to our family . Her name is Joy. Her vibe and energy was awesome . Joy , is an amazing and humble human being .

This is our 2nd time in New Orleans and 2nd time staying at Le Meridien. Tyisha and Kentrell have been nothing but absolutely phenomenal. They are both so friendly and helpful. Kentrell was super friendly with our son. Our son even reccomended her a movie and belive it or not, when we saw her the next day she said she saw it and told us all about it. My husband has the same name of a author and they both joked about it and he said, jokingly, he would put them in the book . Very family friendly. Highly reccomend. Can't wait to be back.
