Always stayed here multiple on our cruises out of New Orleans, this time around the placed reeked of cigarettes and weed. Also has really worn down and just isnt kept up like it used to be. We will never be back. They also cancelled my booking through the Choice so I couldnt leave a negative review through my Choice Hotels account. That should tell you all you need to know….stay away.

Needs updating for sure. Smelly rooms. Seemed to be clean so maybe they used to be smoking rooms and it was covered with air fresheners, I don’t know. Strange bathroom double doors. There were 3 couples in different rooms and we all felt the same way.

SEE PICS! Woke to a huge roach at the end of the bed. Manager gave us a free night in the room where the roach was found. Stayed one more night to find another huge roach in the next room the next day. We had 4 rooms in all. I took the insect to the front desk and manager said “I don’t need to see it and accused me of just trying to get a reaction!” Guys, no way could I make this stuff up. Bought instant coffee and orange juice from the store because their coffee was watered down and OJ was a tannish color. I’m not one who usually gives a review, but want future guest to know before they book here. In order to leave a review, had to give it 1 star…. It should not even have 1. By far the worst hotel we ever stayed in!
