Quality Inn And Suites

Nervous because obviously an older property but I was pleasantly surprised. Free hot breakfast----not much of a selection----but the lady was nice and helped me out with my kids. Really treated us like her family. Almost like being in my grandma's kitchen again. Rooms definitely dated but spotless. Couldn't figure out how to work the tv with the playstation but the manager came up immediately and fixed it for us. She even taught my son a new trick for his game. Rest of the staff just as friendly. Everyone smiles and says good morning no one hesitated to help anytime I needed something, and with three kids, I needed a lot. Hopefully you never have to visit Sulphur, there's not much to do. But if you have to then this is a great place to stay for a fair price.

We had to give this place another chance because our swim team was staying the. Glad to say it was our last. The staff were more friendly but the rooms were old and dirty with stains on the walls, bathroom and bed skirt. Breakfast was standard. Soo glad we don’t have to #Sulphur” again

Quality Inn, like some brands with other chains, can be hit and miss. There were pro’s and con’s. Is appealing to the eye when you drive up as was the lobby. I was allowed early check-in which was appreciated. It was quiet for the most part, seems like a lot of plant workers staying here. Room smell musty and felt damp when I entered. Walked over to turn a/c down, and there was a pine tree air freshener on the vent blowing out. Threshold going into bathroom was broken and moved if stepped on. Rust on shower curtain rod and mounts for toilet seat. Yellow stains around base of toilet. Went to sit on couch and there was dried mud on one side. Breakfast offered eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, but needed to be put in the microwave as it was tepid at best, which is not that big of a deal. Better than cereal only. I have stayed at several area Inn’s, and by comparison, average for this stay. Will lonely try again and see if I just hit a bad day.
