Jasper's Restaurant & Motel

This was a really simple and quaint motel/inn. I checked in over the phone & was sent the room number, WiFi code, and door code via text along with other reminders. Communication was all through text, but was open and friendly. The room was nice with a nice bathroom and shower. Good TV with a Roku stick. Mini fridge with freezer & microwave. Ice machines. Chairs on the walkway outside each room for porch sitting. Nice beds, great air conditioning (I’m a hot sleeper). It’s in a great location close to groceries, gas, coffee, restaurants, and an LL Bean outlet store. It was a nice and easy drive to the Acadia gateway center! My only complaint is that the ONE mirror in the room was small and had an etched/painted design and was in the bathroom. There was plenty of space to add an additional full length mirror, which would be a great addition.

We stayed in house, bed and breakfast. Single room with bathroom and communal kitchen. Clean looks newly remodeled. Would definitely recommend.

The main benefit of this motel is that it is in a good location, not too far from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Close to several fast food places also. The room itself was clean, but very dated, and small and the AC unit barely cooled the room. Maid service only changed towels and emptied trash. Did not make the beds or replenish anything. No soaps in the bathroom except shampoo and conditioner.
