The entire hotel is a dump...period! One step above a crack house. Should be a zero star rating. Rugs are dirty and smelly, bathrooms are moldy and just plain gross, no hot water in the shower, ceiling tiles also moldy, no cable tv, doors barely closed, towels were brown stained, pillows were yellow stained, key cards didnt work, green light from smoke detector blinked all night, trash around building perimeter, weeds everywhere with no landscaping, and the interior smelled like a combination of bleach, puke and body fluids. HOW is this place even open and not condemned?? The hotel webpage is a complete lie. Pics are nothing like current condition. Pool and hot tub are disgusting. Pool water very cloudy and with strong bleach smell. The restaurant is not much better. I would never consider eating there. Was not able to sleep, or take a hot shower. Do not fall for the scam reviews on their webpage - but if you go then you will find out for yourself. I hope this review prevents people from having the same horrible experience my son and I had. The owners should be held accountable somehow. Disgusted. Disgusting. Disgraceful.

First, let me say that the people working at the Clarion are lovely and the breakfast wasn’t nearly as bad as the rest of the hotel. With that said, we were here for 3 nights and never had hot water. The toilet runs like crazy, the mattress is lumpy and we never had any kind of maid service. The hotel was less expensive than others, which is why we chose it, but it’s not worth it.

If I could put zero stars, I would. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The renovation mainly took place in the restaurant because the rooms definitely aren’t renovated. They smell of stale smoke, the mirrors are dirty, bathroom door doesn’t close, patched holes in wall, one hand towel and washcloth for 2 people. We should have left the place right away but it was raining and we were on a motorcycle. Worst hotel ever. I would call it the Meth Head Motel instead of Clarion. Definitely a shady place.
