Great location, wonderful valet staff, friendly front desk staff. Room was fine overall, could use some touchup paint Overall a good experience.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities. Booked fireplace room only to have it turned off for the season with no warning of that at time of booking. I think that should be listed so ppl don’t spend money on an amenity that won’t be available. Free shuttle to and from airport was appreciated.

This hotel is excellent, both in old world charm and excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and updated. The staff is very responsive to any needs. You even get an actual key to unlock your door with. It's one short block from the wharf which makes it easy access to most of the tours. It used to be the armory.
