MARRIOTT AT SABLE OAKS

We made a RESERVATION for a connecting suite, one with a king and one with two twins, they said that they had given away all of said suites. Instead we we given two rooms both having twin beds. It's a reservation, the whole point is that I avoid this one her than that it was clean but this ruined it.

Been staying at this Hotel for more than 10 years, all of a sudden parking charges were added to my stay ($15.00 per night) no explanation upon check in. Front desk staff in the past were always dressed professionally, at check in staff was wearing random T-shirts and they were not even close to being welcoming. One of the two elevators not working, staff using the only operational elevator displayed no curtesy to guests trying to get on/off the only working elevator. Lounge staff was very personable, (rate her a 4.5) Over all look elsewhere in Portland!
