Americas Best Value Inn Suites

This place is dirty and bug infested. There is litter boxes outside every room.. COMPLETELY GROSS! The staff is rude and not helpful. This place is overpriced. The rooms are old and dated. They have kitchens in some rooms but with no pots pans or silverware. When you want/pay for a room with a kitchen it's not too much to expect basic kitchen supplies, I don't travel with pots pans and utensils..

I have enjoyed my 35 days staying in this motel. The couple that runs it were always available if I needed them. My room was kept clean a couple of time a week for me. The kitchenette was perfect for my needs. The showers were hot and the king sized bed was very comfortable. He value for the cost was above my expectations, in fact I invited three co-workers to come and stay here. They have had similar experiences. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF I’M WORKING IN THE AREA.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced... my car broke down n I was waiting for triple a... so I called front desk to ask for a later checkout.. was told I'd have to pay an extra 20$ so I did, n at exactly 1pm when the checkout expired, I got a knock on the door, I explained to the lady I was waiting for triple a, she said ok, not even 5 mins later she knocked again and told me I'd have to wait outside or she was calling the police.... NEVER AGAIN!!!
