Best Western Hotel & Conference Center

Cons:My family stay at this hotel was almost marred by the smell of cigarettes in the room we were given. The previous guest smoked in the room and it smelled very heavily as soon as we opened the door. The management need to do more with their smoking policy. Pros: The staffs are the best part of this hotel: Mr Mostafa and Mr Sadiq are stellar employees. Mr Sadiq apologized for the cigarettes smell and made sure our room was recleaned and sprayed thoroughly and also gave my family a complimentary dinner, the meal was fantastic. Mr mostafa took care of our logistics and everything in between. If you plan to book best western plus in Baltimore asked for these two staff, they will make your stay beautiful.

Booked a last minute trip for a medical procedure. In my haste didn’t realize I’d been redirected to a third party who TRIPLED the price of the rooms. I spoke with front desk and Manager Janel and Aleenu on arrival and they were able to book me much lower cost rooms and help fight the company that tried to scam me. These women are my angels. You don’t find customer service like this much anymore. 5 stars!

The hotel had all the necessary amenities and services, such as free breakfast, a comfortable room, and a bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The hotel is pretty close to the harbor and airport, and also provides a shuttle service to the harbor, which is convenient for those who are planning to visit the harbor. The hotel itself is clean, and pretty quiet at night. The atmosphere of the hotel isn’t anything notable, but in my opinion it is well priced and provides you with a pleasant experience.
