Best Western Plus Envy Hotel

Good value but they didn't have internet. And the location doesn't match the address. Lost 20 minutes walking around the block looking for the correct hotel. The light switch for the bathroom was cracked in half, lights didn't work. But overall a good deal, clean place.

room number 2105 is haunted....there was a shooting involving a 33yr old male who was shot that stayed in the hotel...the bathroom door opened with the lights on then the light turned off around 2:21am friday 23rd 2021. after that the bathroom light kept flickering which is a sign of paranormal activity and it caused my laptop to not come on anymore...also laying in the bed i experience pain in my torsal area that hurt like i was shot...i believe the 33yr old male that was shot in his torsal stayed in the room. me and my husband who served 13yrs in the marine corp experienced unregular activity like nausea, weakness, cold gust of air. the damn place is F****** Haunted and its across from the lord baltimore hotel where a couple jumped from the 19th floor with there daughter. the hotel didnt have a fridge or anything worth using. Security was real rude he wore a white shirt.

I pulled to the location for the Envy Hotel and didn't see it. I drove around the block twice before my Father indicated that a shut down dilapidated hotel front. With homeless folk camped in the doorway. There was a sign that read; go to Baltimore plaza... address as such.. That hotel is on the other side of the block. The lobby was dull and uninviting. The young lady at the desk couldn't be more bored. And when I came back later she couldn't be more unprofessional. They required a security deposit of $150 to give me the room I booked (which I've never experienced before or saw indicated when I made the booking). She stated that she could waiver the security deposit but wouldn't for that day. She then wouldn't accept the card I had used to make my reservation. As I got rightly upset (and yes I did let fly a few f-bombs) about this mess, which she did not like and called the cops and when they arrived I explained the situation and decided to leave. They seemed surprised by what was happening and the young woman's attitude. DON'T book the Envy Hotel, or the Baltimore Plaza - Ones closed, and other is a Dive of the worst kind.
