Comfort Inn & Suites

Overall good things: 1. Nice bed 2. AC worked 3. Hot water Overall bad 1. No parking provided 2. The garage they directed us to was a bit scary 3. Need for painting in common areas and rooms 4. Sheet were very wrinkled, just not up to standard hotel standards 5. Breakfast was subpar 6. Sketchy part of Baltimore Room 705 * Tile floor was uneven and tiles would move as you walked on them. * Soap holder in shower was too small for the shampoo and liquid soap provided. * Bathroom outlet was flashing red meaning that the circuit breaker was non-working and should be replaced ASAP. * Toilet overflowed which required that we move to another room. Room 506 * Shower was missing soap holder. * No grab bars for the sliding door from inside the shower. * Light over the mirror didn’t work. * Bathroom outlet was flashing red meaning that the circuit breaker was non-working and should be replaced ASAP.. * Floor was carpeted and much nicer. * Furniture was in some stage of falling apart.

walked up to the entrance and people were standing out front smoking Marijuana. This establishment was letting these individuals enter to purchase soft drinks and bagged chips. there is no business center, no breakfast (the area is being used as a storage area), room was not clean, door torn off cabinet, microwave was dirty, water stains of ceiling, refrigerator not working, heater in room not working (no heat), no other rooms were available, no workout room, pictures misleading, horrible experience.

The room was excellent it was very clean and spacious I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends and I will go back again
