Best Western Plus Bwi Airport

Large room with lots of storage space, clean, well maintained. Nice free breakfast and lots of amenities that we didn't use but it was nice to know about them for the future. We stayed here overnight; our car stayed here for 12 nights while we were on a cruise. This was absolutely the most outstanding feature of this hotel as the price of the room was competitive and the parking was free, saving us $300 over parking at the cruise port. This was not saving $50 or $100 through Expedia or something, this was REAL money. Will definitely book again next time we cruise out of Baltimore.

We made a very last minute reservation for a large group (52 of us!) after our flight home was delayed and delayed and eventually cancelled. Ray and his staff were so helpful and accommodating to us! And because we could not all book the same flight home, they let us stay past the check out time plus accommodated us as we juggled rooms as some of us needed to stay 2 nights. Their breakfast was hot with a good variety of items, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. While I was very frustrated with my airline customer service encounters, this hotel staff proved that there are still businesses that take pride in caring for their customers.

This stay was the worst. Unclean Blood stained sheets and mattress also NO room service with clean towels or face clothes. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel and quite shocked that the front desk refused to give me clean towels. I will never stay at another Best Western. They are liars and have poor service.
